The practical details that apply to every Pop Golf booking.
Bookings and deposits
A booking is confirmed once a 25% deposit is received. The balance is due seven days before the event date.
Cancellations
Cancel more than 14 days before the event for a full refund of the deposit. Inside 14 days the deposit is non-refundable, but we will move your date once free of charge subject to availability.
Site requirements
You are responsible for providing safe vehicle access, a level setup area and a standard power socket within 20m. If the site is unusable on arrival, the booking fee remains payable.
Damage and liability
We carry public liability insurance. Guests use the equipment at their own risk and the hirer is responsible for damage caused by wilful misuse.
Weather
Outdoor setups require shelter. If conditions make operating unsafe we will offer an indoor alternative on site or reschedule at no cost.
Photography
We occasionally photograph our setups. Tell us before the event if you would prefer we did not, and we will not take or publish images.
